The Lecture took place by a guest speaker that took over the lecture who is James Whittingham who talked about the sustainability at University. Bilal also contributed and explained the changes in a business  e.g the effect on the environment.

However, for the business to save money they need to use different methods of for their electricity such as generator or solar systems. That way the business is not spending too much money on just electricity.

Moreover,  there are various ways to save such as recycling. As you can reuse and produce it. This way it is more cost effective. also it doesn't harm the environment as it keeps it clean.

Furthermore, there some organisations that are fair and recycle to keep the environment clean are treating their workers fairly as well as in terms of their pay . An example could be fair trade that have a better working environment and condition.

James Whittingham gave many examples on how to save electricity by using bike or walk rather than driving or using public transport to reduce pollution  in the air. Only use the light if its needed so if teh light is on for no reason during the day when its not needed it is better to just switch it off. Overall this helps us to be more sustainable.
